Over the course of 30 days, you and your group will be introduced to—and, most importantly, practice—the foundational Buddhist meditation technique, Shikan, in a supportive group environment.
Each day, you’ll receive new meditation instructions to practice at home, guiding you safely and confidently through essential elements such as:
- Sitting positions
- Meditation techniques
- Managing mental and physical challenges
- Overcoming distractions
- And much more
Once a week, the group will come together for a live session with the teacher. These sessions are designed to address common challenges and questions from the group’s practice, provide collective reflection and shared learning, and introduce the content and techniques for the coming week. Practicing in a group fosters a sense of community and shared energy, helping you stay motivated and consistent throughout your meditation journey.
