Over the course of 30 days, you will be introduced to, and above all put into practice, the basic Buddhist meditation technique Shikan, in your own home.
Daily you will receive new meditation instructions, which will safely and securely guide you through the basic elements such as: sitting positions, meditation techniques, mental & physical challenges, distractions and much more.
Once a week you will meet for a personal session with the teacher, who will help you with the completely natural challenges that have arisen in your meditation practice, ensure that you get the right reflection and learning, and introduce you to the coming week's content.
