Morten specializes in bridging the ancient meditation wisdom of the Buddha with the demands of our fast-paced and demanding modern lives. During this session, you will gain insightful knowledge and practical tools to enhance your mental capacity and nurture your overall well-being. This experience is open to everyone, regardless of prior meditation experience.


You will have the opportunity to learn and engage in Samatha meditation, receiving instructions on how concentration and attention can cultivate deep calmness in both body and mind. This session is particularly designed for beginners who are new to meditation.
